What is the shipping mode?

We ship our beautiful products with Express Australia Post throughout the country. Expected delivery times are approximately 1 -2 business days with express shipping.

We only ship in Australia

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is dependent upon the weight of the item. Please check this on each
independent item

What are the payment Options?

We offer payment options via Direct Deposit, PayPal, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX) without surcharge. Please be advised that you don’t need to be a PayPal member to use this facility.

What is the exchange and return policy?

We hope that you will completely love your new Crazy4Gifts purchase. However, if your item is faulty or damaged you can Contact Us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.


We are happy to exchange your purchase for something else from Crazy4gifts provided the item has not been opened and is in the same condition you purchased it in. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).

No refund or exchange on earrings

Stock Availability?

We aim to always be in stock however, from time to time we may sell out. If an item is out of stock, please place the item on your wish list by contacting us on contact@crazy4gifts.com.au. We will be in touch with you on advising the availability

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

What is the shipment time during Australian Public Holiday?

Please allow an extra business day for delivery during the Australian public holidays for express delivery and normal delivery as well.

How to track your order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Crazy4Gifts which will include your Australia Post consignment number.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by visiting www.austpost.com.au and entering your consignment number.- I don’t know how you are setting this up?  If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please contact us at contact@crazy4gifts.com.au

What do I do if my goods are lost or damaged?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us on contact@crazy4gifts.com.au. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Important Information

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colours. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.
